Joss Whedon confirms no Loki in The Avengers 2
The legion of Tom Hiddleston fans around the world will probably be a little bummed out at the news that the War Horse actor will not be returning in the sequel to 2012’s The Avengers. Director Joss Whedon hesitantly confirmed that the Asgardian God of Mischief who plagued Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, Hulk and the rest of S.H.I.E.L.D. in last year’s top grossing film. When Whedon was asked a half-serious question about whether the sequel would feature another Old-English little used world like ‘quim’, Whedon replied, “Everyone is going to be looking for the Loki-Hulk smash moment and you’ll be looking for quim. No, first of all, imitating what I did before is the surest way to do it not as well. Second of all, Loki’s not there to say those terrible things. Although I do think we should bring the word back, not as an insult, it’s just a nice word.”
While the confirmation from Whedon has just been revealed, it should come as no surprise that Loki will not feature in The Avengers 2. The character has already appeared as the protagonist in Thor, The Avengers and will also play a lead role in Thor: The Dark World. That’s already the most appearances by any one villain in a Marvel Studios film. While the character and Hiddleston do have a large fandom, it’s a smart movie on the studio’s part to realize that audiences would probably be nearing Loki-fatigue after Thor: The Dark World is released this November. New characters Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch, villains turned do-gooders, are confirmed to appear in the film and it’s probably safe to assume they’ll be depicted true to their comic book roots and begin the film as adversaries to Earth’s Mightiest Heroes.

I am okay with this. Tom really needs to move on from Loki. Loki’s army ever more so. He’s basically a theater-guy-turned-actor. But if there’s no Loki; that means Marvel Studio will cut back Thanos as well x_x I kinda want to see Avengers vs the Titan. And hopefully they’ll off Loki in Thor 2 for good this time (and Loki’s my fav character) just to see how Thor mourns in Avengers 2 *evil laugter*
Everyone thinks just because it’s canonically possible for Loki to bear children, that’s automatically gonna turn them into a happy family! And that their child is gonna be a pretty little blonde angel that both Thor and Loki are gonna love with all their heart or whatever.

Yesterday was premier for Man of Steel and of course being a huge movies fan I went to watch it, ditching my work XD the line for the movie was a looooong one. I managed to get the 11pm when it was just 4 in the afternoon o.O
All in all, it was pretty satisfying. The assemble casts were well chosen. Russell Crowe, Kevin Costner, as well as Michael Shanon’s performances were stellar. And it wasn’t a bad thing too that Cavill was hot as hell in that suit. I’d never thought anyone could pull that suit off THAT way. Even though I’ve never thought Superman would be THAT forward either. Antje Traue was smoking hotttt I gripped my seat everytime she appeared. Lol…
I also like the added drama and struggle of importance for each of respective roles, very nolan and zynder like. I couldn’t fully hate General Zod after leaving the cinema X.x But there were other funny moments at the movies like what the fck moment like if Zod could be offed like that why didn’t he do that sooner??? it could avoid the destruction worthy of beating the one in Avengers!!!
Based on this pic alone Malekith/Loki should be fanon because then we can have the hottest orgy everrrr… Plus Eccleston is hot. So gonna tap that XD

Been busy with philanthropy activities these days. Floods, the absence of clean water, and famine are everywhere. My team’s participant was over yesterday. I could only open certain sites when I was there. Tumblr was too heavy for the conn I think. All in all, everyone should be grateful for s/he has because there are others in worse situations.
